IMNEInterfaith Ministers of New England

Interfaith Ministers New England is a group of ordained interfaith ministers living in New England who have organized to  share resources and support each other’s spiritual growth.  IMNE is also a resources for anyone who needs a minister to officiate and lead rituals such as weddings, commitment ceremonies,  baby blessings/namings,  memorials, house blessings and funerals.  Interfaith Ministers can help you create an event that is very personal   and honors the beliefs of the individual or people involved.


Center for Balanced Living


Our mission at Center for Balanced Living is to provide a supportive and sacred space for opening hearts, minds, bodies and souls in order to access personal wisdom.





USM office of Multicultural Student Affairs



Multicultural Student Affairs is dedicated to increasing the awareness and appreciation of the many diverse cultures and ethnicities at USM through programming, dialogue, and cultural events. It engages Multicultural (African/African American, Latino/a, Asian/Asian American, Muslim, Native American, and more!) student development and academic support in achievement of career and perceived goals. The office is also home of the Native American Waiver and Educational Program, Student Associations and the Multicultural Center.

We are more than 10,000 people in 60 churches and ministries across Maine. We seek to build and support strong communities of faith for God’s mission. We strive to be good stewards of the natural beauty where we live and work. We are called to welcome and serve all people in our midst.

To promote trust, empathy, and friendships among cultures in conflict. We do this by recruiting and selecting highly motivated youth from these areas to participate in a year long program that includes a two week “Life Raft” in select U.S. Host Communities.

We work with other Jewish organizations and local congregations, and function as the hub of Jewish programming in Southern Maine.

Annually, Portland Ovations— a Maine based, not for profit performing arts organization— brings highly acclaimed, innovative and masterful artists from around the world, including Maine, representing classical music, jazz, dance, theater, and Broadway and connects them to our community through both live performances and season long educational and outreach programs, Ovations Offstage. Founded in 1931, with each passing year Ovations’ programs reach further, make a stronger impact, and leave a more lasting impression on those who experience the performing arts.
