Enso circles are an adaptation of an ancient artistic form blending art and religion. While these circles are thought of as Buddhist, in fact they have origins in several wisdom traditions, including Hindu, Buddhist and Tao, making them interfaith in character.
Jacob Watson is an Interfaith Minister and spiritual teacher and the founder of Chapaincy Institute of Maine in 2002. He has served as a Hospice Chaplain and Chaplain Supervisor and has counseled individuals and families through their grief and helped them on their path. He is a teacher, spiritual companion and author. His books are Morning Blessing Letters: A Book of Daily Gifts and the newly released Essence: Emotion to Spirit.
